LinkedIn is changing their Terms of Service on November 3, 2025 to include all of your personal data in their AI training data. They can also sell this training data to any third-parties without your consent or knowledge.
Much like the Internet itself, once your personal data is included in the AI training dataset, it can never be completely removed and will be floating out in the world forever.
You can disable some AI training by turning off the following setting: https://www.linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/settings/data-for-ai-improvement
But you can't disable ALL AI training, so be careful of what you put on the platform. Or you can close your account outright instead.
