Stop Filing Everything by Hand
A document arrives, you download it, rename it, and work out where it belongs. I set up that routine for one kind of document so it gets a consistent name and goes to the right folder.

The same filing decisions repeat every week. A customer document sits in Downloads, or a supplier attachment disappears into an inbox. I use rules agreed with you to handle the familiar cases and set aside anything unclear.
Bring examples of one recurring document type, including one that is usually hard to place.
What I set up
- One document type from one mailbox or incoming folder
- A naming pattern and destination folders agreed with you
- Automatic filing when the customer or vendor match is clear
- A review folder for uncertain matches and a visible record of failed runs
How I check it works
Your sample documents get the expected names and destinations. An uncertain document goes to review, and processing the same item again doesn't create another copy.
Where this setup ends
Historical cleanup, additional document types, handwriting recognition, and bookkeeping entries are separate work. Original documents are retained during testing.
One setup, a price agreed before work starts
Small fixes are $350; full fixes are $750. In the free chat, I check the software you use, agree the rules and initial records, and tell you which size fits. If it won't fit either size, I quote it as a project.
I use your existing tools where they support the setup. Any required software or usage fees are identified separately before you agree.
I test the setup with you and leave a short guide to using it. If the agreed fix isn't working when I'm done, you get a full refund.
Organizing my own correspondence as it arrives
I built a workflow that files my business email into conversation notes and connects those notes to the relevant contacts. Related messages stay together, with links back to the original messages.
An earlier version created a separate note for every message. I changed it to one note per conversation because the individual files made the record harder to follow. Naming and matching rules keep unrelated conversations from being filed together.
