Fix One Thing

You name the task that eats your week, and I fix it inside the software you already use. It's one task at a fixed price, and you keep working the way you do now.

If it isn't fixed and working when I'm done, you don't pay.

The Idea

It's usually one thing

Most of what slows a small business down is one specific thing, like the form that goes to an inbox nobody watches, or the report you rebuild by hand every Monday.

You already know which one it is. Tell me, and I'll fix that one.

I focus on home service and trades businesses: HVAC, plumbing, pest control, flooring, cleaning, and small contractors, where the owner is on a job when the phone rings. The same fixes work in any small office.

Two Sizes

One task, one price you know before I start

We decide which size it is together in the free chat, before the call ends. There's no written proposal. If it won't fit in a full fix, it's a project, and I'll say so.

Small fix
$350
About an afternoon of work

  • One task, fixed in the software you already use
  • Tested with you before I call it done
  • A short note of what I changed
Full fix
$750
About a week of work

  • One bigger task, or one that touches a few tools
  • Tested with you before I call it done
  • A short note of what I changed
If it isn't fixed and working when I'm done, you don't pay.

I invoice when the fix is in place and you've seen it work. Nothing is paid up front.

What People Usually Name

The things owners tell me about most

Nobody answered

Calls, web forms, email, and messages that go nowhere or wait too long. I time how long a new inquiry takes to reach a person, then fix the slowest path: voicemail, a text back on missed calls, a contact form that actually reaches someone, and a simple list of who's waiting on you.

Get paid faster

Automatic invoice reminders, late-fee terms, a billing address the reminders come from, and deposits, set up in whatever you already invoice with.

Is my email even arriving?

Your email set up so messages stop going to spam and nobody can send email pretending to be you. This one has its own fixed prices: $200 if you already have Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Fastmail, and $350 to move you to one of them and set it up.

See the email fix

Stop retyping it

The report you rebuild by hand, the number you type into three places. Automated or gone.

My Google listing is wrong

Hours, phone, services, and photos on your Google Business Profile corrected, so people who search for you find the right information.

Something else? Bring it to the chat. If it fits in a small or full fix, I'll tell you which and the price before we hang up.

How It Goes

Four steps, and very little of your time

1
A free 20-minute chat. You tell me the thing that eats your week.
2
Small or full, and the price. I tell you before we hang up. No written proposal.
3
I fix it in your software. Usually without needing more than an hour of your time.
4
You use it, then I invoice. If it isn't working, you don't pay.

A good fit when:

  • You can name the task, or you will once we talk through your week
  • You want it fixed, not a list of things to do yourself
  • You'd rather keep the software you already have

Not a fit when:

  • The fix needs new software you'd have to learn
  • It's bigger than a week. That's a project, and I'll quote it separately
Common Questions

Before you book

What if I can't name one thing?

That's common. Walk me through a normal week in the free chat, and we'll usually find the first thing worth fixing in twenty minutes. If we don't, I can spend an afternoon in your business, hands-on, and fix what can be fixed that day.

Do I have to buy new software?

No. I fix it inside the software you already use. If a fix would only work with something new, I'll tell you that in the chat, before you've agreed to anything.

When do I pay?

When it's done and working. I send the invoice after the fix is in place and you've seen it work. If it isn't fixed and working, you don't pay.

Do you use AI for this?

Sometimes the fix uses an AI tool behind the scenes. You won't have to learn it or babysit it; it just runs. Most fixes don't need it at all.

Client Story

What clients are saying

“

Working with Corey Klass at Klass Concepts has been an incredible experience. Corey is a true workflow expert, and the improvements he has made to our processes alone have saved me a significant amount of time and money.

What really sets Corey apart is his ability to explain technical concepts in a way that is easy to understand. I don't come from a technical background, but Corey always takes the time to make sure I fully understand the options, the strategy, and the impact on my business. Because of that, I feel confident participating in decisions about technology and efficiency improvements instead of feeling overwhelmed by them.

In addition to streamlining workflows, Corey is also helping improve my website, and his attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills have been outstanding throughout the process.

If you are looking for someone who not only understands technology and workflow optimization but can also guide you through it in a practical and understandable way, I highly recommend Corey Klass and Klass Concepts. I would give him 10 Stars, but they only let me give him five.
