Who Do I Need to Follow Up With?

You sent a quote, promised to check back, or left a customer waiting for an answer. I set up one daily list so you can see who needs a reply and which conversations need another nudge.

Bring the conversation you keep forgetting

The follow-up is buried in a sent message. You remember it while doing something else, then forget again. I connect one mailbox to your existing task or customer system so those conversations have a next step.

Bring a quote you sent and a conversation where you promised to get back to someone.

What I set up

  • One mailbox connected to one task or customer system
  • Rules for the conversations you want tracked, including quotes and promised follow-ups
  • A daily list with a link back to each message
  • Reminders closed when a matching reply arrives, with uncertain matches left for review

How I check it works

An agreed sample of conversations creates the right reminders. A matching reply closes its reminder, and a different conversation stays open.

Where this setup ends

Additional mailboxes, bulk outreach, and cleaning up years of email are separate work. You review and send the messages yourself.

One setup, a price agreed before work starts

Small fixes are $350; full fixes are $750. In the free chat, I check the software you use, agree the rules and initial records, and tell you which size fits. If it won't fit either size, I quote it as a project.

I use your existing tools where they support the setup. Any required software or usage fees are identified separately before you agree.

I test the setup with you and leave a short guide to using it. If the agreed fix isn't working when I'm done, you get a full refund.

In My Own Business

Keeping track of my own conversations

I built a follow-up system around my own business email. It distinguishes messages that need an answer from conversations where I'm waiting for someone else, and links the reminder back to the exchange.

I also changed how reminders are created. Putting every contact on a repeating timer produced too much noise, so I moved to reminders tied to an actual conversation or next step. Matching replies can close the associated follow-up.
