Make the Form Start the Work
Someone fills out your form, and then you copy the answers into another system and work out what happens next. I connect one form to the next step so each request gets recorded and reaches the right place.
Show me what happens after the form is submitted
An intake form should give you something you can act on. I connect the fields you collect to a customer record or task, with a confirmation for the person who submitted it and a notification for you.
Bring the form you use now and show me what you do after someone submits it.
What I set up
- One intake, inquiry, or internal request form
- Required fields and validation agreed with you
- One destination for the answers, such as a customer record or task list
- A confirmation and notification, with duplicate submissions and failed handoffs handled
How I check it works
An agreed test submission creates the right record or task, sends the expected confirmation, and reaches the right person. A repeated submission doesn't create duplicate work, and a failed handoff is visible.
Where this setup ends
Multiple forms, payment collection, electronic signatures, and a complete onboarding system are separate work. Any new form service or usage fees are agreed before setup.
One setup, a price agreed before work starts
Small fixes are $350; full fixes are $750. In the free chat, I check the software you use, agree the rules and initial records, and tell you which size fits. If it won't fit either size, I quote it as a project.
I use your existing tools where they support the setup. Any required software or usage fees are identified separately before you agree.
I test the setup with you and leave a short guide to using it. If the agreed fix isn't working when I'm done, you get a full refund.
From a request form to a delivered report
For my own Reputation Check service, I connected the website request form to the work that happens afterward. A submission saves the request and passes it to a queue. The report process then runs and emails the finished report to the requester.
I added duplicate protection and recovery for pending requests after a restart. The flow also records delivery status and notifies me of the request. The same approach can connect a smaller intake form to a customer record or a task.
