What can we cancel?
Every subscription, software login, phone and internet plan, card-processing rate, and auto-renewing contract you pay for, listed with what it costs a year and whether it earns its keep. Then I do the cancelling.
At least $900 a year in savings, or you don't pay.
Nobody decides to spend four hundred a month on software
It builds up nine dollars at a time: a trial that turned into a subscription, a second tool that does what the first one already did, a phone plan nobody's looked at since it was signed. The small ones are too cheap to bother cancelling, so they never get cancelled.
Everyone else is selling you one more subscription. I find what you're already paying for, tell you what each one costs a year, and cancel the ones you approve.

Savings are counted at the yearly cost of everything on the list you could cut, whether or not you choose to. I invoice when it's done.
This is new on the menu. I'm timing the first few and I'll publish what they saved.
About an hour of your time, start to finish
Before you book
How are the savings counted?
By the year. I add up the annual cost of everything on the list that you could cancel or downgrade, plus the yearly difference between your card-processing rate and a fair one. It counts whether or not you decide to cut each item; the decision is always yours.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You stay logged in, and we do the cancelling together, on a screen share or at your desk. I don't keep your passwords.
What do you need from me?
A few months of card and bank statements, or an export from your bookkeeping software, and about an hour of your time across the whole thing.
When do I pay?
When it's done. I invoice after you have the list and the cancellations you approved are made. If it doesn't find at least $900 a year, you don't pay.
