Is my email even arriving?
Your email set up so messages stop going to spam and nobody can send email pretending to be you. Done for you, usually within a week.
If it isn't fixed and working when I'm done, you don't pay.
Your clients might not be getting your emails, and you'd never know
A lot of small business email setups have problems nobody can see. Messages go to spam, anyone can send mail that looks like it came from you, and replies go out from the wrong address. Nothing breaks loudly, so nobody notices until a client says they never got the invoice.
The same thing happens in a quieter way when your own domain only forwards to a personal Gmail inbox. The address looks right, [email protected], but the setup behind it isn't built for business mail, so more of it ends up in spam.
- Emails go to spam, or never arrive
- Anyone can send email pretending to be you
- Business email runs through a personal inbox
- The SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are missing or wrong
- Your email reliably reaches people
- Your domain is protected against impersonation
- A proper address on your own domain
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up and passing
I find every problem and fix it myself, and you get a short note of what I changed.
What I set up for you
The price depends on whether your email has to move
Both include the full review and every fix. If your current email can be fixed where it is, it's $200. If it has to move to a proper business email platform first, it's $350.
- Review of your current setup
- Your address set up correctly on your domain
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Catch-all address
- Inbox filters
- Email signature
- Everything in the $200 setup
- The move to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Fastmail
- Domain DNS and MX records
- Your old email brought over, where possible
- New accounts set up and checked
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Fastmail charge their own monthly fee, about $5 to $12 a person, paid directly to them. That's separate from my fee.
I invoice when your email is working. Nothing is paid up front.

How long does this take?
Most setups are done within two to three business days of getting access. A move to a new platform can take a day or two longer, depending on how much email history comes with you.
Which email platform do you recommend?
Google Workspace, for most small businesses. Microsoft 365 if you already use Microsoft's tools, and Fastmail if you want something simpler and cheaper. I'll tell you which one fits during the free chat.
What if I'm not sure which one I need?
We'll look at what you have now during the free chat. Most people know within five minutes whether it's the $200 setup or the $350 move.
When do I pay?
When it's done and your email is working. I invoice after the fix is in place. If it isn't fixed and working, you don't pay.
What clients are saying
I thought I was sending emails - turns out many of them were going straight to spam. Corey found the problem in our first meeting: my domain wasn't set up with the authentication that email providers require, and nobody had ever caught it. He also set up a catch-all email so that anything sent to any address at my domain comes straight to my inbox - something I didn't even know was possible but use constantly now. On top of that, he walked me through a full review of how we were operating - file organization, website performance, our marketing setup, getting my business phone configured correctly. Everything had a clear explanation and a specific next step. If you're running a small organization and you're not sure whether your tech is actually working for you, Corey will find out fast.
